Under one second of attention.
In a nightlife feed, a post gets less than a second before the thumb moves on. KULTUR needed content that reads instantly and stays unmistakably KLTR — on event cadence, across five formats: poster, flyer, story, feed, reel.
A brand kit already existed. My job was to extend it into a repeatable content system — not to reinvent it.
One brief.
48 hours.
KULTUR's first brief was a 48-hour trial. The clock is real — this is what went back before it ran out.

13 pieces — stills and motion reels — in 48 hours.
Three directions the brand still runs on.
Eight directions. Three locked.
Eight key visuals delivered in one pass — the client locked three the same day.

The KLTR mark as a monolith — carved in rock under one hard light.

A fractured mass held in orbit: many pieces, one gravity.

“Lose track of time. Find your people.” — motion-smeared texture, the tagline holds the frame.
“Into the deep. Lose yourself.” — a black-water surface, barely breathing.

“Break the silence.” — a chrome torrent shattering mid-air.

Rim-lit glass volumes barely surfacing from black.

A material study — liquid-black sheen carrying the red.

“Enter the signal” — particle trails and mono HUD detail.
Every still ships as a loop.
Each key visual extends into a 5-second loop: the type stays locked and static, the image moves, and a strobe flicker hides the loop point.
These loops are cut for the feed they live in — keep scrolling and the phone flicks to the next reel.
Built for the feed it lives in.

Paul Thomas at STORY Toronto.
After the 48-hour trial, KLTR brought me on for their December 5 show with Paul Thomas. These three pieces are already up on their Instagram. The rest of the set will be added after the event.
